Wake up lock

Updated on 19/08/2024

To unlock your smart padlock you need to wake it up first. Whether you are unlocking with PIN or card or app, or remote network unlock, you will need to touch any key on the numberpad first (you can enter '1', '2', '3' '4' or 'C'). Then you can go ahead and enter your PIN or hold your phone or keycard up to the numberpad. The lock will go into sleep mode after 10 seconds. The reason why we have sleep mode is because we can save battery. Unlike Wi-Fi locks that are always on and always listening for commands, our locks are always asleep and we wake them up only at the time to recieve the unlock commands. This was we can get 20 times the battery life of Wi-FI solutions.
