For the remote unlock command to reach your smartlock over the mobile network, the smartlock needs to be switched on and connected to the network. To connect the smartlock to the network, you need to press '1' 'C' on the locks numberpad and wait 3-10 seconds for the lock to connect to the mobile network. You will know the lock is connected when a M1 or NB letters feature on the LED display (along with signal bars). Once you get the connection, then you can click the unlock icon, and the smartlock should unlock within a few seconds. If it doesn't work first time, please try it again, as sometimes the network can be congested, and it might take one or two attempts for the command to arrive.
