We suggest utilizing the SIM card already integrated into the smartlock. The data, connectivity, and the card itself for the next 10 years have been covered by us. Our system is optimized to function seamlessly with this specific SIM card, which is provided by a virtual mobile network operator known as 1NCE. This operator has roaming agreements with approximately 30 mobile network operators in 40 countries. Our smart lock system has been configured to operate on the mobile networks of these operators.

 

If you prefer to use a SIM card from a different mobile network operator, it is feasible, but it will necessitate cooperation between us and the chosen operator to configure our system to their local network. Consequently, there will be a fee for this service, and you will also assume responsibility for any ongoing data plans or connection fees.
